About University Centre I

Built in 1983, our property is strategically situated between the vibrant University Drive and the bustling downtown of Fort Worth, Texas. Over the past year, our dedicated team under Mopac management has diligently worked on enhancing this historical building to meet a superior standard. We have focused on upgrading various aspects, ranging from HVAC systems to comprehensive floor renovations, ensuring a modern and comfortable environment for our tenants.
